Q, When should I expect to receive my order?
A. We try to ship all orders for standard products (not customized products) the same day or next business day after acknowledgement of payment from our head office in Surf Beach NSW Australia depending on depending stock availability. We generally use Australia Post.
Next Business Day Delivery
All orders aiming for next business day delivery must be placed before the 11 am EST. Subject to special delivery/courier charges.
Standard Delivery most Australian States
All orders for Standard Delivery will take between 4 to 10 working days and can be delivered between 9am and 6pm. Note we are located in a regional area which may take an extra day or two.
All offshore deliveries can take up to 20 working days and are dispatched from Australia. Offshore deliveries may be confirmed after order placement and acknowledgement of receipt of payment.
Q, How much will I pay for delivery?
A. Delivery is free within Australia for all standard/stocked GolfMARKER® products. Customised products may include a delivery charge. Where possible we will combine shipping for purrchases made by the same time by the same buyer.
Q. What is the cut-off time for Next Working Day delivery
A. All orders must be received before 11am EST (Monday to Thursday) for Next Working Day (up to Friday).
All orders placed at the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday or next business day - subject to stock availability.
Q. Who do I contact to find out about delivery of my product ?

A. We generally provide a tracking number of orders placed over $50. We generally use Australia Post for deliveries. Please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org please remember to include an order reference number along with your enquiry.
